For domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for Standard shipping after processing. For Express shipping, please allow 1-2 business days post-processing. We apologize in advance for any potential delivery delays.

Please be aware that any customs duties or taxes incurred due to your country’s regulations will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend consulting local authorities for guidance before completing your order.


Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts. Additionally, we are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions or customs clearance issues.


In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will only be processed once we receive official confirmation from the postal service. Please note that, in accordance with universal postal regulations, such inquiries may take up to two months to resolve.
