Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Evelyn Sands, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are only issued for items with manufacturing defects or if you received an incorrect item.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • In original condition with no scratches, dents, or signs of wear
  • Returned in the original box or pouch
  • Received within 14 days of delivery

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card valid for 12 months from the issue date.

The following items are final sale and non-refund

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns & Defective Items

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Please allow 1–3 business days for review and processing.

Refund Processing
